1. Who We Are
Parent with Grace provides parent coaching, educational content, digital resources, and related products for parents and caregivers of neurodivergent and strong-willed children. We are not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic service provider.
2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice
The coaching, content, courses, and resources we offer are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical care, psychological therapy, or professional mental health treatment. If you or your child are experiencing a crisis or need clinical care, please contact a licensed healthcare provider or emergency services.
3. Coaching Services
Coaching sessions are intended to help parents develop practical strategies for connection and regulation. Results vary from family to family, and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. Scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling details will be shared with you at the time of booking.
4. Digital Products and Resources
Guides, workbooks, bundles, and other digital resources are licensed for personal, single-family use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share purchased digital materials without our written permission.
5. Payments and Refunds
All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment processor. Because digital products are delivered instantly, digital product sales are final and non-refundable except where required by law. Any refund terms for coaching packages will be provided at the time of booking.
6. Third-Party Products and Links
Some items, such as printed books or apparel, are fulfilled through third-party platforms, including marketplace and print-on-demand services. Those transactions are subject to the third party's own terms and policies. Our website may also link to external sites, including podcast platforms and social media; we are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, the Parent with Grace Pathway™ framework, and downloadable resources — belongs to Parent with Grace and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without our prior written permission.
